    Downloading, printing, and completing our online form.
    You will need the free Acrobat reader to view/print this form.

  • Call the Omnitrans Human Resources Department at (909) 379-7260 to request an application and we will mail a copy to you.

Official application forms and related materials must be fully and correctly completed, returned to and received in the Human Resources Department no later than the deadline time and date listed on the job posting. Note that although you can attach your resume to the form, you must still fill in all of the education, experience and background on the application form rather than simply stating "see attached resume."

Only those applicants who clearly indicate that they meet the minimum requirements stated in the "Employment Opportunity" will be considered in the selection process.


General Requirements

Medical Examination
All applicants are required to take a medical exam prior to appointment. The exam will include an alcohol and drug screen. Failure to meet medical standards will preclude placement in that position.

Immigration and Control Act of 1986
To comply with the provisions of the law, all applicants, prior to placement, must provide proof of work eligibility and attest that they are a citizen, permanent resident alien, or otherwise authorized to be employed.
