August 2026 Service Changes

Good news! This August, fewer than a dozen Omnitrans routes will see minor service changes, with updates designed to improve routing and make your trip a little smoother.

What’s Changing?

Routing changes will affect Routes 1, 6, 61, 82 and 87, along with some bus bay changes at the San Bernardino Transit Center for Routes 1, 8 and 15.

Several routes will also have weekday, Saturday and/or Sunday schedule adjustments, including Routes 1, 6, 15, 22, 61, 82, 83, 84, 88 and 305.

A Few Map Changes to Know

• Route 1: New routing near Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and in downtown San Bernardino.
• Route 6: Updated downtown San Bernardino routing via 5th St., D St. and Rialto Ave.
• Route 61: Westbound buses will use Inland Empire Blvd. and Concours Dr. when exiting the Ontario Mills Transfer Center.
• Route 82: The north loop in Fontana will travel clockwise.
• Route 87: Buses will remain on 4th St. between Campus Ave. and Vineyard Ave.
• San Bernardino Transit Center: Routes 1, 8 and 15 will move to different bus bays to improve organization and connections.

Before you ride, check the updated schedule and map for your route so you know what to expect. A little planning goes a long way!
