DBE Program Information
Policy Statement: Omnitrans has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 26: Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs and subsequently issued U.S. Department of Transportation (U. S. DOT) Guidance1 (Race-Neutral Policy Implementation Directives). Omnitrans receives federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) and, as a condition of receiving this assistance, Omnitrans has signed an assurance that it will fully comply with Title 49 CFR, Part 26. These regulatory provisions and Omnitrans DBE Program apply to all of Omnitrans’ U.S. DOT-assisted contracts.
Omnitrans participates in the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) as a non-certifying agency. To obtain information regarding the CUCP or OCTA’s Disadvantaged Business Programs.
