What is OmniRide?
OmniRide is reservation-based, on-demand, shared transit service (like Uber or Lyft), providing local service in Chino/Chino Hills and Upland.
How do I book my trip?
Call 909-383-1680 to book a ride. Or download the OmniRide On Demand app in the App Store or Google Play store.
How do I pay for trips?
Sign up for an account on the app, and use your credit or debit card to pay for your rides. Or, pay with cash when the vehicle arrives. You must use exact change.
Where do I go to be picked up?
When booking your trip, the app guides you to the closest “virtual stop” for pick-up, typically a nearby intersection. An OmniRide vehicle will arrive within 15 minutes for pick-up and proceed to another virtual stop, which will be another location close to your requested drop-off point.
What are the times of service during the Upland Lemon Festival
Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. (Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. )
How much are the rides?
General Public, only $4.00 per ride.
Veterans, People with Disabilities, Seniors/Medicare only $1.00 per ride.
Students, only $2.00 per ride.

Is there a central drop-off location?
OmniRide will drop you off at its Upland Metrolink station event stop, adjacent to all of the fun the Festival has to offer (see map below).
