  1. Everytime I ride the SBX Green Line from Hospitality Lane to Baseline and back home I can never use my iPad Air on the bus. So, I can never do any homework on the way to school. Inland Community Career Center. Or back home. You have no idea how frustrating that can get. So I just stopped taking my iPad on the bus all together.

    1. Thanks for the feedback, Albert. Does this occur on every single bus? Please let us know which vehicle you’re riding the next time onboard Wi-Fi isn’t working for you so we can look into fixing that. Thank you.

  2. I have been riding the bus for many years. As I don’t have access to a car, the bus has been most useful. When time isn’t an issue, it matters a bit less on punctuality. It’s still better than Pass Transit.

  3. The A/C sometimes does not work and especially during summertime. Also, drivers don’t have command of the bus and allow some passengers to play loud music or use foul language.

  4. First don’t understand why it takes 3 hours for me to get to work (San Bernardino to Redlands ). It’s only 10 miles.
Second why after 8am in the morning getting to my destination is even longer. Buses run later in between buses.
Third. Riding the bus on the weekend is a joke.
Forth. I still have to work on the holidays. It’s very stressful during the holidays for me to find a way to work.
There are so many other things but not enough room.
