What’s New For Summer – Fall 2024
We’re happy to report more progress in our service resumption plans with the restoration of weekday service frequency to Routes 1, 22, and 215. More details below!
Route 1: 15-minute frequency restored to weekdays; time adjustments to Saturday service.
Route 6: The northbound timepoint at 21st & Kenwood has been changed to Valencia & 21st. Northbound times have been adjusted for all days.
Route 22: 30-minute frequency restored to weekdays service.
Route 61: Due to the Purple Line/West Valley Connector construction, Route 61 will continue toexperience intermittent stop closures, and detours.
Route 83: The timepoint at Euclid & Riverside has been changed to Euclid and Walnut, southbound only. (Northbound side will remain at Euclid & Riverside). Times have been adjusted for all days.
Route 215: 20-minute frequency restored to weekday service. Routing in downtown Riverside changed to Lemon and University.
Other time adjustments:
Weekday: Routes sbX, 1, 4, 6, 14, 15, 22, 61, 83, 84, 85, 88, 215, and 305.
Saturday: Routes 1, 6, 14, 83, 84, 88, and 215.
Sunday: Routes 6, 83, 84, 88, and 215.
sbX Purple Line (West Valley Connector) We’re excited to share the fi rst look at the sbX PurpleLine bus (right). This 3-door, battery powered bus willserve the Purple Line, Omnitrans’bus rapid transit (BRT) line, aka theWest Valley Connector (WVC). Whilethe new vehicles are not currently inservice, construction will continueon the sbX Purple Line/WVC line, with work focused along Holt Blvd.between Vineyard and the PomonaTransit Center.
