We thank you for your flexibility and quickly adapting to the safety precautions and service changes we implemented to help reduce spread of COVID-19 in the last months. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated!
As we begin to think about our plans moving forward, Omnitrans is seeking your feedback on how you are currently using transit with modifications in response to COVID-19, and your plans to ride as stay-at-home orders are lifted and we begin to resume our normal activity in the future.

Omnitrans will use your feedback to better serve and communicate with you as ridership begins to increase. Your input will help us understand feelings about our current efforts, as well as what will help you feel comfortable riding the bus when stay-at-home orders are lifted and more people return to work.
