New Feature: Chat Online with Omnitrans

A new way to chat with us is here! If you prefer messaging over calling for non-urgent Omnitrans assistance, you may now chat with one of our customer information representatives on our website.
Chat will be available during the hours of 8am-5pm on weekdays for basic Omnitrans-related inquiries such as fare questions, route maps, etc.
Please note that this method of communication is not ideal for submission of comments or specific concerns, such as reporting a late bus, commending an operator or requesting service information. For such matters, please continue to use the online customer comment form so that your question or concern can be properly addressed.
To start using chat, simply click the chat bubble found on the lower right-hand side of our website, and enter your name and location to start chatting.
