We love chatting with you! However, available resources require the adjustment of our customer service call center hours effective Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The Omnitrans customer service call center will operate Monday-Friday only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This includes customer service by phone at 1-800-9-OMNITRANS, as well as the chat feature on our website.
The good news is that Omnitrans offers an arsenal of useful tools to assist you in the absence of a customer service representative. These tools include:
- Contact form online – Submit your comments, feedback, and other communication via the contact form on our website. Our customer service team will reach out as soon as your message is read during regular service hours.
