    Updated Customer Service Hours, How You Can Reach Us!

    We love chatting with you! However, available resources require the adjustment of our customer service call center hours effective Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The Omnitrans customer service call center will operate Monday-Friday only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This includes customer service by phone at 1-800-9-OMNITRANS, as well as the chat feature on our website.

    The good news is that Omnitrans offers an arsenal of useful tools to assist you in the absence of a customer service representative. These tools include:

This is the second day in a row that the bus driver for 2:15 on Lemon Street and Riverside takes off early I was right up on the door running to his bus and he still took off on me yesterday I received a write-up at work for being late today I’m going to have to walk in another half hour late the bus Left 4 minutes early yesterday he left 6 minutes early I’m sick and tired of this driver something needs to be done
