Omnitrans is continuously seeking ways to improve, and your constructive feedback helps guide where we put our efforts to better serve you. Last year, your survey responses garnered us an 83% overall customer satisfaction score. This year, we invite you to once again let us know how we are doing for another chance to win one of our exciting prizes (see below)!


The survey closes on Sunday, April 5, 2020, and we will be randomly selecting two lucky winners at the end of each week (on Sundays) to be entered into a prize drawing to win one of eight total gift packs, which include:

  • One $10 Subway gift card; and
  • One full-fare 7-day bus pass

Omnitrans and several other mid-sized agencies in North America form the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG), established in 2011 to measure performance and share best practices. The information gathered from your surveys this spring will help provide a comprehensive overview of the bus rider experience nationwide.

Employee number 2652 is very rude as well as mean when she stopped at a bus stop with a couple and there Groceries she literally gave them 10 seconds and as the approached the bus she pulled off and left them standing there when I stated they are right there she replied well that’s their fault for not being ready. She was very rude and disrespectful.

      1. Are you really going to investigate Omnitrans? Are you? One of your motherfucking ghetto ass customer service reps hung up in my motherfucking face, I complained about it via phone and on this online form and I have not heard anything back from anybody. In case you are wondering, I spoke respectfully to her regarding questions about the corona virus and then she proceeded to get a nasty attitude and when I told her to speak to me respectfully, she hung up in my face…IN MY FACE!!!!!! I am also tired of some of your disrespectful ass, rude ass drivers who lack customer service skills. I …AM….A…. MONTHLY PAYING CUSTOMER….CUSTOMER….CUSTOMER. I expect to be treated with respect whenever I call the customer service center and ride the gotdamn bus. It is already stressful dealing with the crazy ass passengers on the bus then have to deal with this. I have complained multiple times before about your customer service. Where is my reply???????
