Transit app’s new “Rate Your Trip” feature!

Have you rated your ride with the Transit app? Thanks to the new “Rate Your Trip” feature, a few quick questions about your ride will now pop up during and after your trip. Your answers will help us recognize any issues or concerns that come up so that we are able to give the best experience possible to Omnitrans riders.

In addition, the crowdsourcing prompts will give your fellow passengers information such as stop accessibility and on-time service. Plus, you earn points on the Transit app every time you participate!
