Daniel V Apprenticeship Program

Are you a student looking for an internship in the Transit Industry?

Omnitrans partnered with San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC) in their LAUNCH apprenticeship program to provide active students with real-world technological experience. SBVC students can apply through the school and have hands-on experience. This is a great opportunity for students who want a career in not only the transit industry but heavy machinery, vehicles of all types, maintenance, and so much more! Here is what one of our interns said about the LAUNCH Program.

“I take what I learn from my classes and get hands-on experience at Omnitrans,” said, Daniel V.

Daniel V., (pictured above) is currently an Omnitrans Mechanic Apprentice. He just received his Heavy Duty Technician Certificate at SBVC and looks forward to graduating and later joining the team! Omnitrans recently welcomed Thomas R., another apprentice from SBVC. He started in Stops & Stations and has already moved to a Mechanic! Interns who join Omnitrans can expect fun and hands-on educational training.
